Important Update on Our Gift Box Packaging – Thank You for Your Patience
As we move into one of the busiest times of the year, I wanted to share a quick and honest update regarding our Baby Jewels gift boxes and how this may affect some orders placed over the next few days.
For complete transparency, our signature gift boxes should have arrived more than a month ago. Unfortunately, there was a major manufacturing error with the original production run. The entire shipment had to be returned and remade from scratch — something completely outside our control, but necessary to maintain the high standard of quality we promise to our customers.
Where the shipment is now
The replacement shipment finally left on Friday, and based on the carrier’s tracking information:
It should have arrived over the weekend,
Best-case scenario: it clears customs quickly and is delivered Tuesday or Wednesday,
Worst-case scenario: delivery may not occur until Friday (this is the official “delivery by” date provided by the carrier).
This delay is incredibly frustrating for us too — especially at this time of year — and I sincerely apologise to anyone affected. We always keep large amounts of packaging on hand, and under normal circumstances this situation would never occur.
We have now run out of Baby Jewels gift boxes
As of today, we have officially used the last of our signature gift boxes. This means some orders may experience a short delay in shipping unless you choose one of our alternative packaging options below.
Alternative Packaging Options Available Right Now
While we wait for the shipment to arrive, we are offering several beautiful alternatives that still provide a special unboxing experience:
Satin gift bags
Microfibre jewellery pouches 
Non-branded floral gift boxes (as shown on our website) 
“Pretty in Pink” eco-friendly 3D-printed cases
Pink with purple pearl-holographic finish or pink with rainbow glitter
Made from plant-based, biodegradable plastic
Available for earrings, bracelets, and suitable for necklaces
Strong enough to hold single pieces or multiple items together 
If you choose an alternative option
If your order contains more than one item, please let us know:
Whether you would like them individually packaged, or
If you are happy for us to create a multi-piece gift set in one case or bag.
The eco cases in particular can present multiple earrings beautifully in one gift-ready set, but we will always follow your preference.
What this means for your order
If your order is not urgent, we can simply hold it safely until the new gift boxes arrive later this week.
If your order is urgent or needed for a birthday, event, or upcoming travel, we can package it in whichever alternative you prefer and dispatch it immediately.

I cannot express how sorry I am for the inconvenience this may cause — especially when so many of you are buying gifts for loved ones at this time of year. I know how important presentation is, and I appreciate your patience more than you know.
The moment the new boxes arrive, we will return to our usual packaging and resume normal dispatch.
