Beautiful quality, highly polished, 9k gold small hoops with puffy heart dangles and easy to manage Creole type fastening, measuring 10mm, to suit children from perhaps age 2 to 8 - 10.  Hoops are tubular for strength.  Photo shows flat hearts but this batch has a flat back and puffy front.  Very sweet little earrings which would be perfect as first time earrings.  Lightweight and comfortable.
